Cancellation policy: If prepaid a $20 inconvenience fee will be charged to your account if notice is not given within 24 hours of appointment. Payment will be waived considering certain circumstances. The therapist alone reserves the right to charge the cancellation fee or waive it.
Credit or Debit Card Fees: A $3.00 charge will be added onto the regular fee to cover card transaction fees.
Discounts and rate changes: The therapist retains the right to change rates or to give or revoke discounts.
